... 본 발명은 유량 및 압력 조절용 감압밸브 에 관한 것으로, 상기 감압밸브는, 30bar로 유체가 유입되는 유체유입구와 상기 유체유입구의 유체를 개폐로 시키는 유체개폐로와 상기 유체개폐로를 통과한 유체를 7bar로 유체를 배출시키는 유체배출구를 갖는 감압밸브 몸체와; 상기 감압밸브 몸체의 상부에 위치하며, 상기 유체유입구 내부 일측에 형성된 파일럿 관을 통해 배출압력값을 설정하도록 하는 파일럿밸브 노브가 구비되는 파일럿밸브와; 상기 파일럿밸브의 설정값에 의해 유입된 유체가 플레이트 관을 통해 상기 감압밸브 몸체의 상부에 형성된 플레이트 작동 챔버로 분산 이동하여 압력에 의해 상승되는 플레이트와; 상기 플레이트의 동작에 따라 상기 유체개폐로를 단속하는 디스크를 상하로 왕복 운동시키며, 상기 플레이트의 하부와 상기 디스크의 상부와 연결되는 피스톤과; 상기 피스톤이 상기 플레이트에 의해 상부로 이동되면 탄성에 의해 상기 피스톤을 다시 하부로 이동시키는 역할을 하는 스프링과; 상기 스프링이 내부에 결합되어 상기 유체개폐로를 닫고 있다가 상기 피스톤이 상기 플레이트에 의해 상부로 이동되면 상기 유체개폐로를 오픈(Open) 시키는 디스크와; 상기 파일럿밸브에 설정된 유체 압력 이상으로 상기 플레이트 작동 챔버 내부로 유입될 경우 상기 플레이트 작동 챔버 하부에 유통되는 유체 일부를 외부로 바이패스(By Path) 시키는 릴리프밸브가 포함되는 유량 및 압력 조절용 감압밸브를 제안함으로써, 감압밸브의 동작 기능을 크게 개선시키고 릴리프밸브의 정비가 용이하도록 한 독특한 효과가 있다.
