The present invention relates to an eco-friendly deicer composition which comprises one or more bottom ashes selected from the group consisting of buried bottom ash and dry bottom ash as fine aggregates for deicing. Specifically, by recycling bottom ash that is typically buried in the sea or ash treatment facilities as industrial residues of coal-fired power plants, and by using the same as fine aggregate for deicing, the eco-friendly deicer composition according to the present invention reduces the costs of waste treatment, and resolves the problem of environmental pollution.
