The present invention relates to a Cu-ceramic laminar composite and a manufacturing method of the same and, more specifically, relates to the Cu-ceramic laminar composite and a manufacturing method of the same comprising: a step of forming a vacuum state of Cu and ceramic which are objects to be coupled using plasma in a vacuum chamber, and performing simultaneously a surface treatment to the Cu and the ceramic using plasma; and a step of coupling the Cu and the ceramic in a middle of performing the surface treatment. The surface treatment and coupling are performed at a room temperature.
