The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for local skin, which, while containing at least one vitamin D or vitamin D homologue and at least one corticosteroid, has a reduction in stability deterioration due to a mutual reaction and an improvement in skin penetration. The stabilized composition containing at least one vitamin D or vitamin D homologue and at least one corticosteroid, of the present invention, solves problems of reducing contents and deteriorating pharmaceutical effects, caused by a mutual reaction occurring between the active ingredients, thereby obtaining not only effects of promoting appearance stability and content stability of a medical product but also an effect of reducing side effects caused by the generation of impurities. In addition, the use of at least one skin penetrating agent selected from C12-24 straight-chain alkanols and squalene leads to an improvement in skin penetration, thereby expecting a rapid therapeutic effect.
