Disclosed are a perforation and welding system for a vehicle bumper and a method for performing perforation and welding for a vehicle bumper by using the system. The system comprises: a perforation apparatus that can move in a linear way and is installed to perforate a vehicle bumper at a predetermined location on the moving path; a transfer jig that can move between a welding position and a perforation position while holding the vehicle bumper; and a plurality of welding stations, each of which is provided with an ultrasonic welder that can weld a bracket to a hole of the vehicle bumper at the welding position, wherein the plurality of welding stations are arranged along the direction in which the perforation apparatus moves. ... 적외선 광원, 적외선 광원 주변에 설치되어 광을 일 방향으로 반사시키는 리플렉터, 리플렉터에서 반사된 빛을 받아 대상물에 집중시키도록 대상물 주변에 설치되는 광집속유닛, 리플렉터와 광집속유닛 사이의 공간에 위치하며 이동하여 대상물을 가압하여 일정 형태로 성형할 수 있도록 이루어진 성형틀 및 성형틀에 결합되어 성형틀의 공간 내 이동을 담당하는 액츄에이터를 구비하는 적외선 가열 방식 스테이킹 장치에 있어서, 성형틀에는 대상물과 닿는 성형표면이 리플렉터와 광집속유닛 사이의 공간에서 과열되는 것을 방지하거나 성형표면을 냉각시킬 수 있는 열방지수단이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 가열 방식 스테이킹 장치 및 이를 이용한 스테이킹 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면 성형틀의 성형표면을 열전쌍을 이용하여 냉각시켜 성형틀과 대상물의 온도차를 둠으로써 이형성을 높일 수 있고, 이형성이 높아짐에 따라, 적외선 가열 방식의 용착 공정에서 공정 불량이 발생하는 것을 억제하고, 이형 불량에 따라 성형틀에 융착된 대상물 일부분을 제거하는 번거로움을 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to curved cover glass used for a curved display, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides tempered glass comprising: glass including a curved area; and a low reflection coating layer, coated on a surface of the glass, composed of a mixture of a binder and a hollow material, wherein the glass comprises potassium ions which penetrate up to a predetermined depth therein. According to the present invention, a low reflection coating layer is formed prior to curved surface processing, and thus, the low reflection coating layer can be uniformly formed even on areas having different curvatures. Thus, the present invention can minimize the color difference generated in curved glass due to low reflection coating layers.
