The disclosed fixation pin for fracture reduction comprises: an inner fixation pin inserted from the cortex on one side of the bone to the cortex on the other side; an outer fixation pin including a first hole protruded with the front end and the rear end of the inner fixation pin in which the inner fixation pin is penetrated, and a first screw unit formed by being protruded to the front end, which is inserted only one side of the cortex of the bone, and fixated with the inner fixation pin; and a sleeve including a second hole protruded with the front end and the rear end of the outer fixation pin in which the outer fixation pin is penetrated, which is fixated on the outer fixation pin.
