... 본 발명은 심선의 취약성을 보완하여 케이블 비드부의 강성을 높이고 승차감을 높인 타이어용 케이블 비드코어와 이를 이용한 레디알 타이어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 심선과, 심선을 감아 꼬이는 외측선 와이어를 포함하는 타이어용 케이블 비드코어에 있어서, 심선은 다이캐스팅 주조로 제조되고, 심선은 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘 합금으로 제조된다. 심선에는 주조시에 알루미늄, 망간, 은, 아연, 규소 또는 희토류 금속 중의 적어도 하나가 2wt% 이내에서 첨가되며, 외측선 와이어의 외면에는 황동 도금, 청동 도금 또는 아연 도금이 되어 있다. 본 발명에 의한 타이어용 케이블 비드코어와 이를 이용한 레디알 타이어에 의하면, 심선의 구조적 취약성을 보완하여 케이블 비드부의 강성을 높이고 진동 감쇄와 진동흡수력이 뛰어나 승차감을 높이는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a cable bead core for a tire and a radial tire using the same, which are able to make up for the weak points of a core wire, thereby increasing the strength of a cable bead unit and improving ride comfort. According to the present invention, the cable bead core for a tire comprises: a core wire; and an external side wire which is twisted by winding the core wire. The core wire is manufactured by die casting by using magnesium or a magnesium alloy. The core wire is manufactured by using one or more of aluminum, manganese, silver, zinc, silicon, or rare earth metals by within 2 wt%. An external surface of the external side wire is plated with brass, bronze, or zinc.
