Provided is a device to manufacture molten iron. The device to manufacture molten iron comprises: a multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace which has a first, a second, and a third fluidized reduction furnace; a melting gas furnace connected to the multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace; an ore conduit which connects the multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace and the melting gas furnace to each other, allowing iron ore and a supplementary material to flow therein; and a gas conduit which connects the multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace and the melting gas furnace to each other, allowing reducing gas to flow therein wherein the supplementary material charged into the multi-stage fluidized reduction furnace through the iron ore conduit includes slaked lime and magnesium hydroxide.
