... 본 발명은 고비점 화합물 제거 시스템에 대한 것으로서, 특히 자외선 광원과 구형 활성탄을 이용한 고비점 화합물 제거 시스템이 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 페인트 부스에서 유입되는 가스에 포함된 페인트 입자를 필터링하는 프리 필터와, 상기 프리 필터를 통과한 가스에 포함된 페인트 입자를 자외선으로 응고시키는 큐어링 챔버, 상기 큐어링 챔버에서 유입되는 가스 중 고분자 입자를 제거하는 구형 활성탄 챔버, 상기 구형 활성탄 챔버를 통과한 가스를 농축하는 농축기, 및 상기 농축기에서 농축된 가스를 집진하는 A/C 타워를 포함하는 고비점 화합물 제거 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명은 페인트 부스로부터 유입되는 가스에 포함된 페인트 입자를 자외선으로 응고시켜 후단의 구형 활성탄 챔버에 응고되지 않은 페인트 입자가 유입되어 부착되는 것을 방지함으로써, UV 페인트 도장 공정을 장시간 연속 운전할 수 있는 고비점 화합물 제거 시스템을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 구형 활성탄을 이용하여 페인트 부스로부터 유입된 가스의 정화 효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 고비점 화합물 제거 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
