The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the temperature of a pre-cooler outlet, which comprises: a multistage cooler in which a plurality of vortex tubes are installed in multiple stages to separate air introduced from a surge tank into hot air and cold air, and to discharge the same; a heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between the cold air discharged from the multistage cooler and hydrogen withdrawn from a hydrogen tank; and a hot air supply tank for storing the hot air discharged from the multistage cooler, and supplying the hot air to an outlet of the cold air discharged through the heat exchanger.
