Disclosed are a device and a method for Bluetooth low energy (BLE) communication. The device for BLE communication comprises: an initial setting part performing pairing with at least one among a plurality of master devices, and registering an encryption key and a device ID; a packet generating part generating a first advertising packet after pairing, wherein the first advertising packet includes at least one among a control flag, the device ID, and a personal information flag; a transmitting part broadcasting the first advertising packet; a receiving part receiving a second advertising packet broadcasted from at least one among the plurality of master devices, confirming the control flag, the device ID, and the personal information flag included in the received second advertising packet, and processing the received second advertising packet depending on the confirmed result; and a processing part processing data included in the processed second advertising packet.
