The present invention relates to a device for welding a coupler base socket, comprising: a main body having a plurality of gears tooth-coupled to each other thereinside, and having a driving motor on one side thereof to transmit a driving force to the gears; a coupling bolt passing through a center portion of the main body to protrude downwards, having one end to which a fixing cap is coupled to fixate a coupler base socket; a welding torch coupled to a lower portion of the main body, and coupled to a torch fixing body rotating along an outer circumferential surface of the coupling bolt; and a filler metal coupled to one side of the torch fixing body, providing a filler metal to the welding torch when the welding torch rotates, and welding.
