... 본 발명의 목적은 광 추출용 투명 기판의 광 추출 효율을 향상시키되, 양산 가능한 정도로 생산성을 맞춘 광 추출용 투명 기판의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 상기 목적에 따라 본 발명은, ZnO를 포함한 극성 용액을 정전기 스프레이로 유리 기판상에 분무하여 불규칙한 나노 패턴층을 형성하고, 상기 나노 패턴 층을 마스크로 이용하여 유리 기판을 건식 식각 방법으로 에칭하여 기판에 나노구조를 형성하고, 마스크 역할을 한 나노 패턴 층을 유리 기판은 에칭되지 않는 용액으로 에칭하여 마스크를 제거함으로써 나노요철 구조를 만들고 그 위에 SiNx 층을 PECVD로 형성하고 폴리싱하여 평탄층을 형성한 광 추출 효율을 향상시킨 나노구조 기판을 제공하였다.
