The present invention relates to a method for providing service continuity between networks or in a network and devices thereof, and the method for providing service continuity during handover includes the steps of: transmitting data traffic to a wired network through one base station wherein a terminal is included in a macro network, a serving gateway, and a packet data network gateway, or receiving the data traffic from the wired network; and transmitting the data traffic to the wired network or receiving the traffic data from the wired network by the terminal during handover to another base station, included in a local network, through the other base station, the serving gateway, and the packet data network gateway, and a management function for network mobility is provided.
