The present invention relates to flake nanocrystalline alloy powder suitable for purposes of wireless charging and short-range communications, and a composite sheet and an electronic device including the same. According to the present invention, the flake nanocrystalline alloy powder has a nanocrystalline structure and comprises: a first element including one selected from a group consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, and a combination thereof; a second element including one selected from a group consisting of Si, B, Al, and a combination thereof; and a third element including one selected from a group consisting of Cr, Cu, Mn, Nb, and a combination thereof.
