The present invention relates to a method of analyzing the genotoxicity of test substances. The present invention includes: (a) a step of transforming fish to a nucleotide sequence of coding non-fluorescent fluorescence protein having mutation; (b) a step of processing test substances on the transformed fish; and (c) a step of measuring fluorescence generated when the non-fluorescent fluorescence protein is changed into fluorescence protein since a back mutation is generated in the introduced nucleotide sequence in the fish processed with the test substances.
