The present invention relates to a foamed soundproof and fire-retardant insulation material, and more specifically, to a foamed soundproof and fire-retardant insulation material which settles the issues of conventional insulation materials. The conventional insulation materials are not sufficiently fire retardant. Those products with fire-retardant effects are not burned by fire easily, but they have no function to prevent flames or heat from being transferred to the inside.
