... 본 발명은 KAI1 폴리펩타이드 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 혈관신생 억제용 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 KAI1 폴리펩타이드 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 혈관신생 억제용 약학적 조성물 및 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 혈관내피세포가 아니라 Pericyte에서 발현하는 KAI1이 Negative angiogenic regulator로서 혈관신생을 억제할 수 있는바, KAI1을 강제로 증가시키거나 혹은 KAI1이 강제로 증가된 Pericyte의 상등액을 이용하는 방법, KAI1 단백질을 사용 방법 또는 KAI1의 Degradation을 유발하는 Src, Pkc pathway를 억제하는 방법 등을 포함한 다양한 기법들을 통해서 기존에 알려진 혈관촉진인자에 의한 혈관 신생을 막을 수 있다. 또한 Pericyte의 KAI1 발현을 확인하여 암환자의 중증도를 확인 할 수 있다.

산삼 현미국수 및 그 제조방법

... 본 발명은 면의 주된 성분을 밀가루 등과 같은 전분없이 순수하게 현미와 산삼만으로 구성하여 간단하게 국수를 먹는 것만으로도 현미와 산삼 특유의 향과 맛을 즐기면서 현미와 산삼이 갖는 각종 영양성분을 간단하게 섭취할 수 있도록 한 산삼 현미국수 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 제조방법은 도정하지 않은 벼를 4 ∼ 5일 동안 정제수에 불리게 하여 벼의 내부에 정제수가 흡수되게 한 후, 벼를 다시 쌀눈이 일어날 때까지 쪄서 익힌 다음, 자연 상태에서 건조시키고 현미로 도정한 후 현미가루로 분쇄하는 현미 가공단계와; 물과 세척한 산삼을 1:3 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 믹서기로 분쇄한 다음, 다시 상기 분쇄물과 동일한 중량의 물을 더 투입하여 산삼현탁액으로 가공하거나, 세척한 산삼과 물을 1: 5~6 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 센불에서 끓을 때까지 가열하고 약한 불로 줄여 상기 산삼현탁액과 동일한 중량이 될 때까지 졸이고 다려 산삼농축액으로 가공하는 산삼 가공단계와; 상기 산삼 가공단계를 거쳐 준비된 산삼현탁액 또는 산삼농축액을 현미가루와 1:2.5 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 반죽한 후, 반죽물을 1~3℃의 저온 창고에서 35~45시간 정도 숙성시키는 반죽 및 숙성단계와; 상기 반죽 및 숙성단계를 거친 반죽물을 제면기로 압출시켜 면을 제조하되, 반죽물에 열을 가해 반죽물을 익히면서 면대를 형성하는 제면단계;로 이루어진 것이다.
