... 본 발명은 전자기적 특성이 인공적으로 조정된 인공적인 구조체를 외부에 노출되지 않도록 제조할 수 있는 내장형 메타 구조체 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 물성 변화단계와, 에칭단계와, 코팅단계를 포함한다. 물성 변화단계는 투명 재질로 된 피가공체의 내부에서 일정패턴을 갖는 가상의 메타 구조체 영역을 따라 레이저빔를 이동시켜 가상의 메타 구조체 영역의 물성을 변화시키는 단계이다. 에칭단계는 가상의 메타 구조체 영역에 에칭액을 주입하여 가상의 메타 구조체 영역에 해당하는 피가공체의 일부분을 선택적으로 제거하는 단계이다. 코팅단계는 피가공체의 일부분이 선택적으로 제거되어 형성된 미소채널의 내벽면에 금속박막층을 코팅하는 단계이다. 상기 물성변화단계, 에칭단계 및 코팅단계에 의해 가상의 메타 구조체 영역은 피가공체의 내부에서 메타 구조체로 변환되며, 메타 구조체가 외부에 노출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
