The present invention relates to a method of transmitting three-phase electric power. In a conventional three-phase electric power transmitting method, a line potential difference, which is a potential difference between phases, is greater than a potential difference between each phase and ground. Accordingly, inter-phase insulation cost is increased, possibility of inter-line dielectric breakdown is increased, and a phase voltage is stably used only when a neutral line is present. -A, -B, and -C phases, which are reverse phases of A, B, and C phases, respectively, are used for the three-phase electric power transmitting method. When the reverse phase is used upon transmitting the three-phase electric power, a line voltage is decreased equivalent to the phase voltage, thereby reducing the inter-phase insulation cost and an insulation distance.
