The apparatus of producing Bio-SRF pellets includes a carbonization means, a molding means, and a condensation device, whereas a carbonization device rotates in the longitudinal direction and includes an inlet and an outlet for wood waste, and an inlet and an outlet for gas. The apparatus and the method of producing bio-SRF pellets uses the condensation device to separate a gas generated during thermal decomposition of wood waste into a condensable gas and an inert gas, and after injecting the inert gas into a molding device to recover heat contained in carbides, injects the inert gas into the carbonization device to recycle matter and energy. In this manner, the present invention serves to minimize the consumption of energy and inert gas, and thus may be advantageously applied in the briquette-manufacturing industry.

... 실시예는 DC-DC 부스터 컨버터의 다이오드 역회복 특성을 개선하기 위한 능동형 스너버 회로를 구비한 전력변환장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 이러한 전력변환장치는 영 전압 스위칭(zero voltage switching : ZVS)이 가능한 능동형 스너버(active snubber)를 제안하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 구체적으로는, 제안한 능동형 스너버는 커패시터 2개와, 인덕터 1개, 보조 스위치 1개, 다이오드 1개로 구성된다. 그리고, 메인 스위치에 직렬로 연결된 인덕터는 메인 스위치와 보조 스위치가 ZVS가 가능하도록 한다. 또한, 이에 더하여 출력 다이오드에서 발생하는 역 회복 전류(reverse recovery current)로 인한 switching turn-on 손실을 제거한다. 추가적으로, 이러한 경우 상기 커패시터 2개는 보조 스위치와, 상기 1개의 다이오드로 연결된 전하 펌프 경로(charge pump path)를 형성하여 메인 스위치와 보조 스위치의 턴-오프 전압을 낮추어 switching turn-off 손실을 개선하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이를 통해 부하에 맞는 전력을 변환할 경우, 제안한 능동형 스너버 회로로부터 고속 스위칭을 수행함으로써, 회로의 전력밀도를 높인다.
