The present invention relates to an ultrasonic probe to which a chemical barrier is bonded. According to the ultrasonic probe of the present invention, a single-surface sputter including a nichrome (NiCr) layer and a titanium (Ti) layer may be applied to polyetherimide (PEI) so as to manufacture a chemical barrier. Then, the chemical barrier may be installed between a matching layer and a lens layer to completely prevent the lens layer or components from being lifted. Also, in the ultrasonic probe having the bonded chemical barrier, the chemical barrier may be attached between the lens layer and the matching layer using an epoxy adhesive or urethane adhesive so as to achieve superior durability against soaking between organs when antiseptic, abstergent, gel, and the like contact the ultrasonic probe.
