A continuous polymerization type uninflammable polyurethaneurea fiber according to the present invention may be manufactured through a method including the steps of: a) manufacturing primary polymer by mixing polyol, a diisocyanate composite, and normal butanol; b) manufacturing a secondary polymer by adding a solvent, a chain extender, and a chain stopper to the primary polymer; c) manufacturing a spinning dope by adding one or two or more additives selected from titanium dioxide, a waste gas stabilizer, an anti-oxidation agent, magnesium stearate, a dying property expediter, and an associated uninflammable agent, a halogen-based uninflammable agent, or a mixture thereof, to the secondary polymer; and d) manufacturing a resilient fiber by spinning the spinning dope.
