The present invention relates to a system for applying passive joint movement of patients with Parkinson′s disease, and storing data. According to the present invention, the present invention is provided to solve the present technical problem of being unable to provide a device which applies a constant velocity movement to the joints of a patient to evaluate rigidity, which is a clinical feature of Parkinson′s disease patients, and a system which monitors a signal measured by the device and stores the same. The present invention enables application of passive joint movement to a joint of a Parkinson′s disease at a constant speed, monitoring and storing a signal at that time, and measuring resistance, thereby evaluating rigidity, which is a clinical feature of Parkinson′s disease patients, and enabling realization of the present invention through simple configuration and low costs for easy evaluation.
