The present invention relates to a method for separating multipotent and neural crest stem cells from embryonic stem cells by using a cell culture insertion body having a porous membrane, and to uses of the separated neural crest stem cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for separating and culturing neural crest stem cells derived from novel embryonic stem cells having effects in reducing costs, capable of removing the limitations of a cell supply source and cell successive culture by using a cell culture insertion body having a porous membrane, and significantly improving separation efficiency and separation ability more than the existing method for separating novel embryonic stem cells derived from human embryonic stem cells.
