The composite hose according to the present invention has a coating layer formed in a form of encompassing a spirally wound inner wire, and has a strap provided in a region of the coating layer between the inner wires adjacent to each other. Disclosed is a composite hose enhanced in durability and restoring force. In the composite hose according to the present invention, a coating layer is formed so as to surround an inner wire wound in a spiral shape and a strap is installed at the part of the coating layer between the adjacent inner wires. The strap supports the coating layer on the central side of the coating layer. Then, longitudinal stretching of the coating layer is suppressed, and thus the surface of the inner wire facing the center of the coating layer is prevented from being positioned on the same line as the inner surface of the coating layer.
