A weighted exercising device comprising a weighted body that has a plurality of spatially positioned handles to allow the device to be carried and lifted. The handles may be positioned on one or more sides of the device, and allows the user to grip the device using different hand holds that changes the weight bearing load on the user, and hence the effect on different muscles groups. The body may be made from rubber, metal, plastic, foam or a combination of material, and may be reinforced; the exterior maybe rubber, plastic, foam or metal. The body is preferably elongated with a cylindrical or polygonal cross section and made in different sizes. A weighted exercise bar designed to be used for rehabilitation of sports injuries, muscle mobilisation and physical exercise activities comprising a long, cubic bar having a cubic shaped exterior surface, having a plurality of handles to facilitate various methods of training. The bar will preferably be constructed entirely from rubber or from metal encased in rubber or foam. The handle will preferably be a cut out section within the rubber with the handle being part of the actual rubber encasing, or a section removed from the rubber shell and access to the handle is created from the resultant gap.
