Eine Austragvorrichtung zum Austragen von Komponenten entlang einer Vorschubrichtung (L) weist einen Spritzenhalter (2) und eine Vorschubeinheit (3) auf. Der Spritzenhalter dient zur parallelen Aufnahme von zwei Spritzen mit jeweils einem Spritzenstössel. Die Vorschubeinheit besitzt eine Druckplatte (32), um die Spritzenstössel entlang der Vorschubrichtung (L) vorzuschieben. Mit der Druckplatte ist eine als Daumenauflage ausgebildete Wippe (33) derart verbunden, dass die Wippe um eine Schwenkachse (V) gegenüber der Druckplatte schwenkbar ist. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Druck auf die Druckplatte zentral erfolgt. Die Druckplatte ist mit einer Führungsstange (31) an der Vorschubeinheit geführt. Die Führungsstange weist zwei koplanare Führungsflansche auf, die eine Führung bezüglich einer ersten Querrichtung bewirken, sowie eine zwischen den Führungsflanschen angeordnete Längsnut, die eine separate Führung bezüglich einer zweiten Querrichtung bewirkt. Dadurch wird ein Verkanten der Führungsstange vermieden. A discharge device for discharging components along a feed direction (L) has a syringe holder (2) and a feed unit (3). The guide bar has two coplanar guide flanges which effect a guide with respect to a first transverse direction, and a longitudinal groove arranged between the guide flanges, which causes a separate guide with respect to a second transverse direction. As a result various types of containers can be fastened to the machine without the need to change the mechanism of the device. In order to improve access to points which are difficult to reach, the container may be in the form of a curved pipe or may be formed flexibly. An actuator (70) is connected by a releasable positive or positive connection with the proximal end of the mixing rod. A locking element (80) is movable between a locking position and a release position. In the locking position, the locking element prevents a release of the positive or frictional connection. Such sequences include: a suction method (e.g., program or curve) for a sore nipple condition; a suction method for increased milk production; an improved suction method in general; and a method for nipple stimulation. The breastpump also comprises a prophylactic device for protecting the diaphragm of a pump, such as a diaphragm pump for a breastpump, from fluid (air/milk). A removably mounted flexible cover is located between the shell of the pump and the movable diaphragm membrane within the shell which isolates the membrane from fluid. The cover is removable for at least one of cleaning and disposal. The flexible membrane has a circumferential rim upon which the cover is received over the rim. The shell has an internal opening defined therein sized to encompass the rim with the cover mounted on the rim in a substantially airtight fit. The cover thereby forms a gasket between the rim and shell.

The invention relates to a discharge device for discharging a product from a tube (13) having a delivery outlet (18) and a deformable wall. The discharge device according to the invention comprises a housing with a chamber (1) that has a chamber opening (3) and in which the tube is accommodated. A movable stopper (11) is arranged inside the tube and is placed at the end opposite the delivery outlet and closes this end of the tube. An advancing member (9) can be connected to the stopper and is displaceable inside the tube in the direction of the delivery outlet for discharging the fluid product from the tube.

A filling device (300) for breaking at least one ampoule (700) and for filling a syringe (600) from the ampoule is disclosed. The filling device has a base body (310), which delimits at least one hollow space (315). At the distal end, each hollow space has a removal opening, which is connected to a port (313) for the multi-use syringe. A breaking unit is designed to break the ampoule located in the hollow space. In some embodiments, the breaking unit comprises an actuating element, which is used to slide at least two ampoules onto a wedge-shaped structure, respectively, by way of a single actuating movement in the longitudinal direction, in order to apply a lateral force on the tips of the ampoules. In other embodiments, the breaking unit comprises an actuating element (320) that can be inserted in the transverse direction and acts directly on the tips of the ampoules in order to shatter or shear them off.

A discharge arrangement for discharging a mixture comprises a connector (6) having at least two inlet channels (7, 7') ending a mixing channel (8). A static mixing element (10) is provided in the mixing channel. A distal end region of the mixing channel is surrounded by a cone region (13), the outer circumference of which continuously tapers in the direction of the outlet of the mixing channel and which serves as a fastening region for an accessory (23) of the discharge arrangement. The cone region is designed as a luer cone in order to ensure the easy connection of accessories. The mixing element extends into the fastening region in order to minimize the dead volume.
