There are situations where GPS signals are received from less than four satellites. In order to improve the GPS location availability, disclosed here are systems and methods for synthesizing GPS measurements, which, together with fewer than four available real GPS signals, can be used to calculate a position fix. In particular, GPS range measurements for lost satellites, which are satellites that were previously tracked but are now not tracked, are synthesized to improve GPS signal availability. The synthesized measurements are used along with real measurements to enable accurate position fix even when GPS satellite availability is poor. Different synthesized measurement generation schemes, depending on whether an INS/DR aiding system is available, are further described herein.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for reconstructing super-resolution images based upon translation values by taking aliasing in consideration by capturing a set of LR images, estimating, using a Fast Fourier Transformation, a set of translation values based upon the set of LR images, obtaining, using a multi-signal classification technique, one or more optimized frequency spectrums based upon the set of translation values and reconstructing one or more SR images based upon the set of translation values.

A process for synthesizing [6,7-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)quinazolin-4-yl]-(3-ethynylphenyl)amine hydrochloride (Erlitinib Hydrochloride) having the formula (I) comprising reacting 3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde with bromo derivative of ethyl methyl ether to obtain 3,4-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzaldehyde having formula (III). This is converted to give 3,4- bis (2-methoxyethoxy)-benzonitrile. On further nitration we obtain 4,5- bis (2-methoxyethoxy)-2-nitrobenzonitrile which on nitro reduction we get 2-amino-4,5-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzonitrile and reacting this with N'-(3-ethynylphenyl)-N,N-dimethyl formamidine gives erlotinib free base. This is converted to give 3,4- bis (2-methoxyethoxy)-benzonitrile which on furthur nitration we obtain 4,5- bis (2-methoxyethoxy)-2-nitrobenzonitrile which on nitro reduction we get 2-amino-4,5-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)benzonitrile. Formylation of this compound yields N'-[2-cyano-4,5-bis(2methoxyethoxy)phenyl]-N,N-dimethylformamidine. Coupling of this formamidine with 3-ethynyl aniline gives erlotinib free base. The cream based preparation is a potent anti-dermatophytic as described and illustrated by in vitro and in vivo evaluations.

This disclosure relates generally to a method and system for multi-modal image super-resolution. Conventional methods for multi-modal image super-resolution are performed using joint image based filtering, deep learning and dictionary based approaches which require large datasets for training. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a joint optimization based transform learning framework wherein a high-resolution (HR) image of target modality is reconstructed from a HR image of guidance modality and a low-resolution (LR) image of target modality. A set of parameters, transforms, coefficients and weight matrices are learnt jointly from a training data which includes a HR image of guidance modality, a LR image of target modality and a HR image of target modality. The learnt set of parameters are used for reconstructing a HR image of target modality. The disclosed joint optimization transform learning framework is used in remote sensing, environment monitoring and so on.
