Dazu wird ein Aktivteil einer elektrischen Maschine mit einem Träger (9), mehreren Spulen (11,12,13), die an dem Träger (9) angeordnet sind und die jeweils mehrere Teilleiter (14) aufweisen und einem Wickelkopfbereich, in dem die Spulen (11, 12,13) jeweils bogenförmig aus dem Träger (9) ragen und miteinander verschaltet sind, bereitgestellt. Mindestens eine der mehreren Spulen (11, 12, 13) besitzt im Wickelkopfbereich einen Spulenbogen, und die Mittellinie (15,16,17) der Spule verluft in dem Spulenbogen in einer Ebene. Die Teilleiter (14) der einen Spule verlaufen in dem Spulenbogen der Spule parallel zu der Ebene und bilden selbst jeweils Teilleiterbögen. Die Scheitelpunkte (18) der Teilleiterbögen der Spule bilden eine Neigungslinie (26), die schräg zu der Ebene verläuft.

A magnetic steel sheet including a layer adjoining at least one of a top side and bottom side of the magnetic metal sheet. The layer includes a metal oxide containing titanium oxide or tantalum oxide and the layer adjoins the magnetic steel sheet along a diffusion zone into which the titanium or tantalum of the metal oxide has diffused into the magnetic steel sheet. The diffusion zone is produced on at least one of a top surface and a bottom surface of the magnetic steel sheet and the diffusion layer diffuses one of tantalum and titanium as metal into the at least one surface. The metal of the at the at least one surface is converted into an associated metal oxide to form the layer including the metal oxide, and a residual content of the metal of the metal oxide remains in the diffusion zone.

Method for assembling a segmented electrical machine while maintaining gaps between segments

In a method an inner segment is first pre-assembled on each of a number of outer segments by at least one fixing element, so as to produce a plurality of segment modules having each a predetermined air gap between the inner segment and the outer segment. The inner segments and the outer segments are assigned to the rotor or stator of the electrical machine. The inner segments of the plurality of segment modules are fastened to an inner assembly device (for example a hub). The outer segments of the plurality of segment modules are fastened to an outer assembly device (for example a supporting structure). Finally, the fixing elements between the inner segments and the outer segments are removed.
