The invention firstly designs a two-dimensional image structure of photonic crystal and a PDMS elastic stamp can be manufactured to be a module; the technology of fluid mould and nanometer impression can be adopted to shift the photonic crystal structure on the PDMS to the hydrogel so that the adjustable hydrogel resonance photonic crystal is realized. By controlling the change of temperature, the hydrogel can be expanded by absorbing water or shrink due to water loss, therefore, the crystal lattice constant of the photonic crystal on the surface of the hydrogel can be changed and the position of photonic band gap is shifted.
