Micro-controller capable of extending memory bank includes a microprocessor, multiple memory banks, a circuit of controlling memory banks and a multiplexer. Capacity of the multiple memory banks is larger than addressable space of single command of the microprocessor. Interrupt service routine (TSR) is stored by some of memory banks. The circuit of controlling memory banks generates a selection signal based on interruption occurrence of microprocessor and end signal of executing TSR. The multiplexer includes a first input end, second input end, a selecting end and an output end. Page selection signal, which is received by first input end and is sent by microprocessor, is output base on the selection signal input from input end of the circuit of controlling memory banks, or preconcerted page selection signal received by second input end. Thus, when interrupt happens, the microprocessor is able to access data from the memory bank, which stores the TSR.
