Additionally, detected expression of CD 155 in glioblastoma cells is at levels commensurate with susceptibility to PVSRIPO (a poliovirus construct) infection and killing. An anti-CD155 antibody can achieve mono-specific detection of CD155 in immunoblots of tumor homogenates and immunohistochemistry of tumor formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections. The problem is solved in that the force transmitted to the elastic element ( 7 ) in order to deform the elastic element ( 7 ) substantially causes an elastic deformation of the elastic element ( 7 ) and the connection between the setting bolt ( 3 ) and the pull-out tester ( 1 ) can be detached due to the substantially elastic deformation of the elastic element ( 7 ).

The invention relates to a method for removing undesirable toxic alkaloids, including the precursors and derivative products of said compounds, from plants or vegetable preparations. Said method is characterized in that: in a first step the plant or vegetable preparation containing the above undesirable compounds is brought into contact or mixed with a lipophilic phase which is such that the undesirable compounds to be removed dissolve in or are absorbed by said lipophilic phase and concentrate therein quantitatively or substantially quantitatively; in a second step the lipophilic phase, which now contains the undesirable compounds, is separated from the plant or vegetable preparation concerned; and in a third step the plant or vegetable preparation purified in this manner is recovered.

The present invention relates to a process for removing carbon dioxide from synthesis gas using a hygroscopic, physical absorption medium. The process comprises the steps where the absorption medium and the synthesis gas are cooled; water is at least partially removed from the synthesis gas by condensation; carbon dioxide is removed from the cooled synthesis gas via the cooled absorption medium in a physical absorption step at elevated pressure; laden absorption medium is treated in a plurality of serially arranged flash stages, wherein co-absorbed carbon monoxide and hydrogen are removed from the laden absorption medium in at least one first flash stage, and carbon dioxide is removed from the laden absorption medium in a flash stage arranged downstream of the first flash stage. The process features a high rate of separated carbon dioxide and a pure and dry (anhydrous) carbon dioxide product. The invention further relates to a plant for performing the process.

The invention relates to a method for producing aqueous solutions of homo or copolymers of acrylic acid by means of radical polymerization of acrylic acid and optional water-soluble, monoethylene unsaturated comonomers in an aqueous medium in the presence of at least one water-soluble initiator and at least one water-soluble regulator, wherein the polymerization is performed by means of a continuous process, and wherein low-molecular components are at least partially separated out of the aqueous polymer solution obtained after polymerization. Microstructured mixers and reactors are preferably used for the polymerization. At least one reactor and/or mixer having microstructures are preferably used for the process.
