A drive assembly for a wind turbine includes a rotor hub, a supporting structure, a planetary gear transmission unit having sun, planet and ring gears and a planet carrier. The ring gear is non-rotatably secured to the supporting structure. A main bearing rotatably supports the rotor hub and planet carrier relative to the ring gear and supporting structure. The drive assembly further includes two substantially independent force transmission paths for transmission of forces reacting with forces exerted by the wind turbine rotor hub. A first of the force transmission paths acts from the rotor hub via the main bearing to the supporting structure primarily for transmission of overhang load forces and bending moment forces and a second of the force transmission paths acts from the rotor hub via the planet carrier primarily for transmission of rotational forces.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ersetzen eines ersten Lagers durch ein zweites Lager (201); wobei ein Außenring des ersten Lagers in einem Lagersitz fixiert ist; wobei eine erste Komponente (103) und eine zweite Komponente (105) den lagersitz bilden; und wobei ein Außenring (203) des zweiten Lagers (201) mit einer ersten Aussparung (209) versehen ist; mit folgenden Schritten: – Trennen (501) der ersten Komponente (103) und der zweiten Komponente (105); – Entfernen (503) des ersten Lagers; – Fertigen (505) einer zweiten Aussparung (207), wobei die erste Komponente (103) die zweite Aussparung (207) aufweist; – Einsetzen (507) eines Sicherungsmittels (205) in die erste Aussparung oder in die zweite Aussparung (207); und – Einsetzen (509) des zweiten Lagers (201) und Zusammenfügen (511) der ersten Komponente (103) und der zweiten Komponente (105) derart, dass ein Außenring (203) des zweiten Lagers (201) in dem Lagersitz fixiert wird und das Sicherungsmittel (205) in die erste Aussparung (209) und in die zweite Aussparung eingreift.

Planetary gear stage with plain bearings as planet bearings and use thereof

A planetary gear stage for a gearbox has a ring gear, a sun gear and a planet carrier for driving planet shafts. Each planet shaft has a planet gear with radial and axial contact surfaces and which is rotatably supported by a plain bearing arrangement. The bearing arrangement has two bushings fixed to the planet shaft. Each bushing is L-shaped in cross-section and has radial and axial contact surfaces. The bushings form a cross-sectional U-shape and are axially locked by abutments. At least part of the planet gear is located within the U-shape formed by the bushings. The plain bearing arrangement has a radial sliding support arranged between the radial contact surface of the bushings and the radial contact surface of the planet gear and an axial sliding support arranged between the axial contact surface of the bushings and the axial contact surface of the planet gears.
