An oxide semiconductor channel layer (7) is arranged on one side of the separation layer (5) and the drain electrode (6) to contact a portion of an upper surface of the drain electrode (6), a side surface of the drain electrode (6) and the organic separation layer (5), and a portion of an upper surface of the source electrode (4) to serve as a vertical channel, of which a channel length corresponds to a thickness of the separation layer (5). Varying the thickness of the separation layer to reduce the length of the vertical channel to a sub-micrometer order would greatly reduce the size of the thin-film transistor and reduce the area of a pixel. The vertical channel does not cause a short channel effect so as to improve electrical performance of the thin-film transistor. The present invention discloses a preparation method for a fluorinated POSS/polysiloxane hybrid coating and the anti-icing application thereof The coating is prepared by mixing fluorinatedpolyhedral oligomericsilsesquioxanes (fluorinated POSS) comprising Si-H bonds and fluoro alkyl chains in the eight vertices with polysiloxane, and subsequently curing via hydrosilylation. Fluorinated POSS aggregates on the surface of the polysiloxane hybrid coating due to the low surface energy fluorinated chains, leading to the generation of micro/nano-sized wrinkles. The wrinkles, together with lubricant, contribute to the low water contact angle hysteresis (as low as 2°) and ice shear strength (as low as 20 kPa). The invention provides an unnatural amino acid, which is a compound with a structure as shown in formula (I) or an enantiomer thereof. The invention further provides use of the unnatural amino acid. Furthermore, the invention further provides a recombinant protein containing the unnatural amino acid and a protein conjugate prepared from the recombinant protein. The unnatural amino acid provided by the invention is simple and convenient to prepare, safe in nature, not easy to be inactivated when being inserted into a protein, and has a high binding rate with a coupling moiety, and the obtained conjugate is higher in stability. Intelligent prediction and multi-objective optimization control method for ground settlement induced by subway tunnel construction

The present invention provides a multi-dimensional terahertz metamaterial signal-based pathogen rapid identification method, and relates to the technical field of microbiological detection and identification. According to the present invention, by integrating characteristic signals generated by pathogen samples on multiple different terahertz metamaterials, a difference in response is amplified, so that differential information of the samples is increased, and classification and identification of the samples are realized. Experimental results show that after being integrated into a three-dimensional signal matrix dataset of D(M1M2M3)‚ signals generated by various samples on three different terahertz metamaterials can be significantly distinguished by a partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model to realize clear identification, R2 of a training dataset and a test dataset is greater than 0.98, and an identification accuracy rate of the model can reach 97.78%.
