The invention discloses a method for removing alkali liquor in straw raw materials. The method comprises the following steps that (1) the straw raw materials after being steamed with alkali liquor are spread out; (2) gunny bags are laid on the straw raw materials; (3) tap water is splashed onto the gunny bags, wherein the water permeates through the straw raw materials through holes in the gunny bags and washes away the alkali liquor in the straw raw materials. By laying the gunny bags on the straw raw materials, in this way, the water splashed on the gunny bags can evenly and slowly permeate through the straw raw materials and wash away the alkali liquor in the straw raw materials. Compared with the prior art, in the process of removing the alkali liquor in the steamed straw raw materials, it thoroughly gets rid of the situation of totally being dependent on rainfall flushing.
