The invention relates to an oil pumping device, in particular relating to a swing stem type beam-pumping unit for exploring oil in the oil field. The technical proposal is that the invention mainly comprises a mule head, a walking beam, a weight block, a bracket and a main motor; one end of the walking beam is connected with the mule head and the other end of the walking beam is connected with the weight block; the walking beam takes the top part of the bracket as an axel and moves up and down; wherein, the bracket is provided inside with a swing stem; the upper end of the swing stem is connected with the walking beam; the lower end of the swing stem is connected with a transmission system which is arranged on the bottom of the bracket; the main motor drives the transmission system which drives the swing stem to swing, thereby the swing stem drives the walking beam to move up and down taking a bearing system on top of the bracket as an axle.
