The material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.8-3.5% of C, 3.5-4.2% of Si, 3.0-5.0% of Ni, 6.0-8.0% of Mn, 3.0-4.0% of Cu, 0.4-0.7% of Al, 0.01-0.018% of Mg (residue), 0.01-0.02% of Re (residue), less than or equal to 0.2% of impurities (such as S and P) in total and the balance of Fe.
