The invention relates to a method for increasing the replacement recovery rate of gold and silver pregnant solution with arsenic. The method comprises the following steps: placing the pregnant solution with arsenic in a pregnant solution tank, adding sodium carbonate to mix, treating the mixed solution with a dark current pressure filter to remove impurities and obtain purified pregnant solution,then sending the purified pregnant solution into a deoxygenating tower to deoxidize, adding zinc powder in the pregnant solution for replacement, and then using a plate and frame pressure filter to dewater, wherein the filter cake is gold mud and the filtrate is barren liquor. Therefore, the method solves the problem that the replacement recovery rate of the pregnant solution is affected by arsenic; in addition, the method has simple operation and low cost, is easy to use in industrial production and is applicable to the recovery of gold and silver.
