The method comprises the following steps. First, a precursor is provided. The precursor comprises at least a cone material and the cone material is a multilayer structured material, such as sodium titanate and potassium titanate, formed by stacking first materials and second materials. And then, the precursor is annealed to let the second materials leave from the cone material, and the cone material becomes the above photoelectric conversion material with a plurality of grains.

A titanium metal reacts with titanium tetrachloride to form the one-dimensional titanium nanostructure on a heat-resistant substrate in a CVD method and under a reaction condition of a reaction temperature of 300-900° C., a deposition temperature of 200-850° C., a flow rate of the carrier gas of 0.1-50 sccm and a reaction time of 5-60 hours. The titanium nanostructure includes titanium nanowires, titanium nanobelts, flower-shaped titanium nanowires, titanium nanorods, titanium nanotubes, and titanium-titanium dioxide core-shell structures. The titanium nanostructure can be densely and uniformly grown on the heat-resistant substrate. The present invention neither uses a template nor uses the complicated photolithographic process, solution preparation process, and mixing-coating process. Therefore, the process scale-up, cost down, and the simplified production process are achieved.

A titanium metal reacts with titanium tetrachloride to form the one-dimensional titanium nanostructure on a heat-resistant substrate in a CVD method and under a reaction condition of a reaction temperature of 300-900° C., a deposition temperature of 200-850° C., a flow rate of the carrier gas of 0.1-50 sccm and a reaction time of 5-60 hours. The titanium nanostructure includes titanium nanowires, titanium nanobelts, flower-shaped titanium nanowires, titanium nanorods, titanium nanotubes, and titanium-titanium dioxide core-shell structures. The titanium nanostructure can be densely and uniformly grown on the heat-resistant substrate. The present invention neither uses a template nor uses the complicated photolithographic process, solution preparation process, and mixing-coating process. Therefore, the process scale-up, cost down, and the simplified production process are achieved. 1. The method comprises the following steps. First, a precursor is provided. The precursor comprises at least a cone material and the cone material is a multilayer structured material, such as sodium titanate and potassium titanate, formed by stacking first materials and second materials. And then, the precursor is annealed to let the second materials leave from the cone material, and the cone material becomes the above photoelectric conversion material with a plurality of grains.

A rechargeable battery includes an electrode assembly; a case housing the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing an opening of the case; an electrode terminal that is electrically connected to the electrode assembly and extends through a terminal hole of the cap plate and is oriented outside of the cap plate; and an insulating member that electrically insulates the cap plate and the electrode terminal while supporting the electrode terminal at an outer surface of the cap plate. 1. A rechargeable battery comprising:an electrode assembly;a case housing the electrode assembly;a cap plate sealing an opening of the case;an electrode terminal that is electrically connected to the electrode assembly and extends through a terminal hole of the cap plate and is oriented on an exterior of the cap plate; andan insulating member that electrically insulates the cap plate and the electrode terminal from each other while supporting the electrode terminal at an exterior surface of the cap plate.2. The rechargeable battery of claim 1 , wherein the insulating member is insert injection molded to be integrally provided between the electrode terminal and an exterior surface of the cap plate claim 1 , between the electrode terminal and the terminal hole claim 1 , and between the electrode terminal and an interior surface of the cap plate.3. The rechargeable battery of claim 1 , wherein the electrode terminal comprises:a current collecting portion that is connected to the electrode assembly;a pillar portion that is connected to the current collecting portion and is located at the terminal hole; anda plane portion that is connected to the pillar portion and extends in a direction away from the terminal hole.4. A method for manufacturing a silicon carbide thin film comprises steps of: (a) utilizing a mechanical pump to remove gases in a chamber such that the pressure in the chamber is reduced to a bass pressure; (b) utilizing a microwave generator to generate microwaves at 1200W to 1400W so as to form microwave plasma inside the chamber; and (c) introducing into the chamber a silicon-based compound containing chlorine atoms that serve as a precursor, during the time that the temperature of a substrate disposed in the chamber is stable at 400° C. to 500° C., in which the temperature of the substrate is risen by the microwave plasma without heating the substrate additionally, so as to form a film of cubic silicon carbide on the substrate. In the present invention, the SiC thin film has good crystallinity and is manufactured by using MPECVD in a low temperature process. 1. A method for manufacturing a silicon carbide thin film , comprising steps of:(a) utilizing a mechanical pump to remove gases in a chamber such that the pressure in the chamber is reduced to a bass pressure;(b) utilizing a microwave generator to generate microwaves at 1200 W to 1400 W so as to form microwave plasma inside the chamber; and(c) introducing into the chamber a silicon-based compound containing chlorine atoms and/or molecules containing chlorine atoms that serve as a precursor, during the time that the temperature of a substrate disposed in the chamber is stable at 400° C. to 500° C., in which the temperature of the substrate is risen by the microwave plasma without heating the substrate additionally, so as to form a film of cubic silicon carbide on the substrate.2. A forward osmosis membrane having a low water resistance and an excellent mechanical strength includes a support unit and a selective layer. The support unit includes a plurality of nanostructures, and has opposite first and second surfaces which are defined by the nanostructures. Each of the nanostructures includes a carbon nanotube and a hydrophilic film coated around the carbon nanotube. The hydrophilic film includes a first hydrophilic polymeric material and a second hydrophilic polymeric material. The second hydrophilic polymeric materials of the nanostructures are cross-linked. The selective layer covers and contacts the first surface of the support unit.

A sensor device is adapted to detect glucose concentration in saliva of an object, and includes a conductive substrate, a polymer layer, and a carbon nanomaterial unit. The polymer layer is disposed on the conductive substrate and is made from conducting polymer. The carbon nanomaterial unit is disposed on the polymer layer and includes at least one carbon-nanotube layer. The saliva of the object is applied on the carbon nanomaterial unit and an enzyme is added to be mixed with the saliva to detect the glucose concentration in the saliva. A method for making the sensor device is also provided.

A gas sensing device includes a substrate, a conductive unit, and a sensing layer. The conductive unit is disposed on the substrate, and includes two electrodes. The sensing layer is disposed on the conductive unit, and is electrically connected with the electrodes. The sensing layer adapted to absorb carbon dioxide includes polyethyleneimine and polyethylene glycol. A detecting system including a testing device, an analyzing device and the aforementioned gas sensing device is also disclosed. The gas sensing device is detachably mounted to and is electrically connected to the testing device. Electrical property of the gas sensing device 100 changes when the gas sensing device 100 absorbs carbon dioxide.
