An inverted metamorphic (IMM) solar cell semiconductor structure for use of a laser lift-off (LLO) process using external laser is introduced. The IMM solar cell semiconductor structure includes a substrate layer, a sacrifice layer, a plurality of bandgap layers, and a handle layer. The sacrifice layer, formed on the substrate layer, is made of a material containing a III-V compound. The bandgap layers, formed on the sacrifice layer, are for producing movements of electronic holes according to an absorbed extrinsic light wavelength. The handle layer is formed on the bandgap layers. Laser penetrates the substrate layer to fall on the sacrifice layer, such that the bandgap layers are lifted off by the sacrifice layer, thereby resulting in a high-efficiency IMM solar cell. A LLO laser lift-off method for the IMM solar cell semiconductor is further provided.

A triode-type field emission device and method of manufacturing the same, suitable for use in screen print process of curved or planar substrate, comprising the following steps: firstly, form a cathode and a gate on a cathode substrate at the same time by means of screen printing, and a gap is located between gate and cathode, to avoid short circuit or interference; next, form a hedgehog-shape field emission layer on at least said cathode; then, form a transparent conductive layer and a light emitting layer sequentially on an anode substrate; and finally, dispose cathode substrate and anode substrate in parallel and spaced apart, and package them into a triode-type field emission device. Bias of cathode and gate can be controlled to achieve local adjustment of light. Also, gate may serve as an emitter, to increase field emission efficiency and its service life.

A method for performing divided-clock phase synchronization in a multi-divided-clock system, an associated synchronization control circuit, an associated synchronization control sub-circuit and an associated electronic device are provided. The method may include: performing frequency division operations according to a source clock to generate a first divided clock and a second divided clock; performing phase relationship detection on the first divided clock according to the second divided clock to generate a phase relationship detection result signal; performing a logic operation on a first phase selection result output signal and the phase relationship detection result signal to generate a second phase selection result output signal; and outputting one of the second divided clock and an inverted signal of the second divided clock according to the second phase selection result output signal, for further use in a physical layer circuit.

A method for testing light-emitting elements includes: providing a substrate having light-emitting elements and conductive wires; providing at least one coil structure including a first coil and two conductive plugs connected to the first coil; providing a metal rod and a second coil winding the metal rod and connected to an AC power supply. Each light-emitting element includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode connected to one conductive wire, respectively. The substrate defines pairs of through holes, each pair of through holes is aligning with two conductive wires connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of one light-emitting element. The testing method further includes inserting the two conductive plugs into one pair of through holes, starting the AC power supply and moving the metal rod towards the coil structure to form an induced current in the first coil configured for driving the one light-emitting element.

Bias of cathode and gate can be controlled to achieve local adjustment of light. Also, gate may serve as an emitter, to increase field emission efficiency and its service life.
