The present invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and an electrode layer. The electrode layer is disposed on the first substrate and faces the second substrate, and includes a plurality of branch electrodes. The branch electrodes are disposed along a direction and spaced from each other by a first distance (T). When a light passes through the branch electrodes, a brightness distribution composed of a plurality of brightness textures and a plurality of dark textures is generated. The centers of the two adjacent bright textures are separated by a second distance (K). K and T satisfy the following equation: 2.
