The invention provides a coated internal combustion engine cylinder sealing liner plate, which comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate is provided with a cylinder port and a through hole, and is characterized in that: parts of the substrate surrounding the cylinder port are provided with annular convex surfaces; other parts of the substrate are planes; the planar parts of the substrate are provided with plastic coatings; and the through hole linearly passes through the plastic coating and the substrate. Compared with the prior art, the coated internal combustion engine cylinder sealing liner plate has the positive effects: the liner plate has a coated structure, plastic coatings are attached to all parts except the parts of the substrate surrounding the cylinder port which are designed into annular convex surfaces on the substrate, the periphery of the through hole is positioned on the same plane, and a sealing ring protruding outwards is eliminated, so that the sealing performance ...
