A process for polymerization of ethylene and one or more Cα-olefins or diolefins under continuous , solution polymerization conditions to prepare a high molecular weight polymer , said process comprising conducting the polymerization in the presence of a catalyst composition comprising a zirconium or hafnium complex of a polyvalent aryloxyether characterized in that the polymers have molecular weight distribution (M/M) less than or equal to 3.0 , comonomer contents giving polymer densities from 0.850 to 0.950 , and I/I≦10.2. A process according to wherein the polymer has Iand Iproperties satisfying the equation I/I≦10.32(MI)for I/Ion values ranging from 0.01 to 50.3. A process according to consisting essentially of copolymerized ethylene and 1-octene.4. A process according to operating at an ethylene conversion of 85 percent or greater.7. The olefin interpolymer of wherein the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer comprises greater than 50 mol % units derived from ethylene.3. The olefin interpolymer of wherein the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer comprises a comonomer selected from the group consisting of butene claim 2 , hexene claim 2 , and octene.4. Un procedimiento para la polimerización de etileno y de una o más α-olefinas que tienen de 3 a 30 átomos de carbono o diolefinas, en condiciones de polimerización en disolución, en continuo, para preparar un polímero de alto peso molecular, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento llevar a cabo la polimerización en presencia de una composición catalizadora que comprende un complejo de zirconio o hafnio de un ariloxiéter polivalente caracterizado por que dicho complejo corresponde a la fórmula:**Fórmula** donde M3 es Hf o Zr; Ar4, de manera independiente en cada una de sus apariciones, corresponde a la fórmula:**Fórmula** donde cada grupo Ar4 está sustituido con al menos un grupo estéricamente voluminoso, en la que cada R11, de manera independiente en cada una de sus apariciones, es un grupo hidrógeno, halógeno, hidrocarbilo, trihidrocarbilsililo, trihidrocarbilsililhidrocarbilo, alcoxi o di(hidrocarbil)amino de hasta un máximo de 50 átomos sin contar los hidrógenos, o bien dos grupos R11 juntos son parte de un anillo unido al grupo arilo en dos posiciones, con la condición de que, en al menos una de sus apariciones, el grupo R11 o el derivado divalente de dos de tales grupos R11 sea un grupo estéricamente voluminoso y/o adolezca de coplanaridad con el grupo arilo al cual está unido; T4, de manera independiente en cada una de sus apariciones, es un grupo alquileno, cicloalquileno o cicloalquenileno que tiene de 2 a 20 átomos de carbono, o bien es un grupo derivado de ellos sustituido de manera inerte; R21, de manera independiente en cada una de sus apariciones, es un hidrógeno, un halógeno, o un grupo hidrocarbilo, trihidrocarbilsililo, trihidrocarbilsililhidrocarbilo, alcoxi o di(hicrocarbil)amino de hasta un máximo de 50 átomos sin contar los de hidrógeno; R3, de manera independiente en cada una de sus apariciones es un hidrógeno, un halógeno, un grupo hidrocarbilo, trihidrocarbilsililo, trihidrocarbilsililhidrocarbilo, alcoxi o amino de hasta un máximo de 50 átomos sin ...
