Portable cushioned support

A support 8 has a first pillow 1 that has a first arm and a second arm, and a second pillow 7 that has a third arm and a fourth arm. The first and third arms are attached to a first joint 4a and the second and fourth arms attached to a second joint 4b, and in use, the first and second pillows can be rotated about the joints for adjustment of the angle between the pillows and then releasably locked in a desired position, for example via a knob 5a, 5b, (20 Fig. 17). The joints can be spring-loaded and self-locking and the first joint and/or the second joint can be rotated by depressing the knob (20 Fig. 17) which is connected to a splined shaft (21 Fig. 17). Within the frame 9a, 9b, pins (29 Fig. 17) can slidingly engage in multiple recesses (30 Fig. 17) and the knob and the splined shaft can be used to disengage the pins.
