L'invention concerne une structure cristalline (5), du type dit à bande interdite photonique tridimensionnelle, ainsi que son procédé de fabrication. Elle comprend un empilement constitué de deux séries de couches alternées (30, 31) en des matériaux distincts associés à des première et deuxième constantes diélectriques, qui forment un bloc (3) sensiblement parallélépipédique rectangle. Une pluralité de canaux parallèles (4) sont formés à travers le bloc (3) dans une direction orthogonale aux faces principales des couches, suivant une configuration de réseau de mailles à deux dimensions. Les canaux sont constitués en un matériau présentant une troisième constante diélectrique. Il s'agit préférentiellement de trous remplis d'air. The present invention relates to a crystal structure with three-dimensional photonic band gap which comprises a pile of alternate series of layers of distinct dielectric materials having a first and a second determined dielectric constant values, wherein said layers have a constant determined thickness and said pile forms a substantially rectangular parallelepipedal block, and a plurality of parallel channels provided through said block along a direction orthogonal to the main faces of said layers. Said channels are distributed according a two-dimensional lattice pattern and have a third determined dielectric constant value. The values for the dielectric constants as well as the relative geometric dimensions of said layers and said channels are selected so as to obtain said three-dimensional photonic band gap in a predetermined frequency range. The crystal structure is especially for use as an antenna substrate.

The radiometer has a signal processing unit (SP1) calculating a bi-dimensional sample group of a radiation emission visibility function by cross correlation of signals received by receiving elements. Another signal processing unit (SP2) reconstructs an intensity image of the emission from the group. A rotation unit (ROT) rotates a bi-dimensional or three-dimensional network (REA) around rotation axis (Z) directed towards a terrestrial disc.
