The invention relates to a processing technology for improving the quality of coal. The technology solves the problems that a full-in washing process of a coal wet method for coal selection substantially increases the production cost of coal and has large water consumption; a dry method for coal selection has low ash removing rate, is unsuitable for washing, selecting and processing coarse coal and is difficult to ensure the whole quality of a coal product; and the invention provides a full-in washing process for power coal.
