In the preparation method thereof, 85-89 mass parts of inorganic hydrated salt sodium acetate trihydrate as a heat storage matrix, 5.5-6.5 mass parts of disodium hydrogenphosphate as a nucleating agent, 2.5-3.5 mass parts of carboxymethyl cellulose as a thickening agent, and 3-4.5 mass parts of expanded graphite is blended in an inorganic hydrated salt mixture as a material with a high thermal conductivity.
