The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for personalizing interactions within a conversational interface based on an input context. One example system performs operations including receiving a conversational input received via a conversational interface. The conversational input is analyzed to determine an intent and lexical personality score based on the input's characteristics. A set of responsive content is determined and includes a set of initial tokens representing an initial response. A set of synonym tokens associated with at least some of the initial tokens are identified, and at least one synonym token associated with a similar lexical personality score to the input is determined. At least one of the initial tokens are replaced with the determined synonym token to generate a modified version of the set of response content. The modified version of the response is then transmitted to a device in response to the input.

A computer system for automatically handling and releasing funds for deposit items has a memory storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the system to receive an image of a cheque received and scanned by an automated teller machine (ATM) for deposit into a first account of an institution associated with the ATM. The scanned image of the cheque is analyzed to identify an institution and account on which that cheque is drawn. If that account has sufficient available funds to cover the cheque, then the first account is credited in the amount of the cheque without placing a hold on any of the credited amount and funds of the account on which the cheque is drawn are encumbered in that same amount. After crediting the first account, an indication is provided that the funds are available (e.g., to withdraw). Related methods and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

For example, an apparatus may receive first data characterizing an initiation of a first exchange of data between a client device and a terminal device. Based on the first data, the apparatus may obtain second data that characterizes an expected initiation of a second exchange of data during a corresponding temporal interval, which may be specified relative to an initiation time of the first data exchange. The apparatus may generate and transmit, to a computing system, pre-authorization data that requests a pre-authorization of the second data exchange to a computing system. The pre-authorization data may include a portion of the second data and may instruct the computing system to pre-authorize the second data exchange in accordance with the second data.

The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that, among other things, authorize initiated exchanges of data in real-time based on dynamically generated tokenized data. For example, an apparatus may receive first positional data identifying a first geographic position of a client device and based on the first positional data, the apparatus may determine a value of a parameter characterizing an exchange of data between the client device and a terminal device disposed proximate to the client device during a temporal interval. The apparatus may transmit data requesting a pre-authorization of the data exchange to a computing system, which perform operations that pre-authorize the data exchange in accordance with the parameter value and transmit a digital token representative of the pre-authorized data exchange to the terminal device. The digital token may be valid during the temporal interval and may include a cryptogram associated with the client device.

Messaging servers, methods and storage media for processing instructions associated with one or more data transfers are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive, at a messaging server and from a computing device, a first unauthenticated message including data transfer instructions associated with the one or more data transfers; perform, by the messaging server, a verification process to authenticate the computing device in order to authenticate the data transfer instructions; assign, by the messaging server and based on authenticating the computing device, a conversation authentication identifier to the first unauthenticated message received from the computing device; and automatically assign, by the messaging server, the same conversation authentication identifier to subsequent unauthenticated messages between the computing device and the messaging server that are associated with the one or more data transfers. A system may authenticate and unify received messages to securely process data transfer instructions, for example from existing email clients.

A computer system for automatically handling and releasing funds for deposit items has a memory storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the system to receive an image of a cheque received and scanned by an automated teller machine (ATM) for deposit into a first account of an institution associated with the ATM. The scanned image of the cheque is analyzed to identify an institution and account on which that cheque is drawn. If that account has sufficient available funds to cover the cheque, then the first account is credited in the amount of the cheque without placing a hold on any of the credited amount and funds of the account on which the cheque is drawn are encumbered in that same amount. After crediting the first account, an indication is provided that the funds are available (e.g., to withdraw). Related methods and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that, among other things, authorize initiated exchanges of data in real-time based on dynamically generated tokenized data. For example, an apparatus may receive first positional data identifying a first geographic position of a client device and based on the first positional data, the apparatus may determine a value of a parameter characterizing an exchange of data between the client device and a terminal device disposed proximate to the client device during a temporal interval. The apparatus may transmit data requesting a pre-authorization of the data exchange to a computing system, which perform operations that pre-authorize the data exchange in accordance with the parameter value and transmit a digital token representative of the pre-authorized data exchange to the terminal device. The digital token may be valid during the temporal interval and may include a cryptogram associated with the client device.

Device and methods are described for obtaining supplementary data based on a document retrieved at an electronic device. In an aspect, a processor is configured to: establish a communications session via the communication interface with a first server based on authorization information received at the input interface, the authorization information associated with a profile stored at the first server; parse a first document retrieved by the application module to identify one or more attributes; during the communications session, transmit a signal to the first server via the communication interface, the signal representing a first supplementary data request, the first supplementary data request based on one or more of the identified attributes for the first document; receive first supplementary data from the first server, the first supplementary data based on the profile; and display on the display the first supplementary data in association with related data from the first document.

A data management device, communication system and methods for tagging data in a data table and triggering automated action. A data management device receives from a first data provider one or more records of a data table, each record comprising a plurality of fields. The data table is associated with an account having one or more authorized users. The plurality of fields each has a value set by the first data provider. The data manger determines one or more tags for the one or more records in accordance with a plurality of autotagging rules. The autotagging rules may include heuristic rules learned from user behavior and based on one or more of the plurality of fields of the record. The data manger appends the one or more records to include one or more tag fields corresponding to the one or more tags for the one or more records. The appended records are stored in a database. One or more automated actions may be triggered based on one or more tag fields of one or more of the plurality of records.

Messaging servers, methods and storage media for processing instructions associated with one or more data transfers are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: assign, by a messaging server and in response to authentication of a computing device, a conversation authentication identifier to a first unauthenticated message received from the computing device, the first unauthenticated message including data transfer instructions associated with the one or more data transfers; analyze, by the messaging server, a subsequent unauthenticated message from the computing device to determine that the subsequent unauthenticated message is associated with the one or more data transfers; and automatically assign, by the messaging server, the same conversation authentication identifier to the subsequent unauthenticated message that is determined to be associated with the one or more data transfers. A system may authenticate and unify received messages to securely process data transfer instructions, for example from existing email clients.
