BACTERIOSTATIC WATER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

The invention relates to bacteriostatic water and to a method of producing bacteriostatic water, and is characterized by the steps: a) heating unprocessed water to produce primary water; b) filtering the primary water in order to remove bacteria and dust to produce secondary water; and c) exposing the secondary water to oxygen gas to produce bacteriostatic water. In this invention, oxygen gas is used not only as a biostatic treating agent, but also as an aerosol propellant. The container is filled with the product water, on the product water is bacteriostatically stable for an extended period.

MANUFACTURE OF BACTERIOSTATIC WATER

PURPOSE: To maintain the water quality of a product for a long time in good condition by heating raw material water at a specific temperature for a specific period of time, passing the same through a sterilizing filter and then bringing the same into contact with oxygen in a closed container under pressure and dissolving oxygen content by specific ppm in the raw material water. CONSTITUTION: Raw material water is heat sterilized in a heating tank 1 at 85°C or above for 30 minutes or more, transferring the same to a cooling tank 3 by a pump 2 and cooled down to the proper temperature of 50°C or lower. Solids such as considerably fine bacteria of various kinds or organic materials are removed in a sterilizing filter 4 and raw material water is easily filled by a liquid filter 5. METHOD FOR IMPROVING TASTE AND FLAVOR OF ALCOHOLIC DRINK AND OTHER DRINKS

PURPOSE: To impart a drink with mild taste and flavor in combination with the feeling of bubbles to the palate and to relatively easily improve the taste and flavor of the title drink, by spraying water containing oxygen dissolved in high concentration against an alcoholic drink, etc., thereby generating bubbles rich in oxygen. CONSTITUTION: Compressed oxygen 5 and water 6 are sealed in a closed vessel 1 in a state contacting with each other. The water 6 containing oxygen dissolved in high concentration is sprayed through an extraction tube 4 and a spray nozzle 2 of said vessel 1 against an alcoholic drink or other drink 8 in a drinking vessel 7.
